What is the shipping time for EU orders?
We offer fast shipping across the European Union. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available for delivery within 1-2 business days.

No, as we ship directly from within the European Union, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes for customers located in EU member states.
What is your return policy for hygiene products?
Due to the nature of microneedling products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
How do I know which needle cartridge to choose?
Needle selection depends on your skin concern. Generally, 11-16 pin cartridges are used for scars and deep wrinkles, while 36-42 pin cartridges are used for skin texture and pores. Nano-needling is best for product absorption.
